Note:  As a tabloid, the columns are not standard size.  There are 5 columns per page.  Columns are 11.5 picas with a pica between columns (2 inches in width).  A full page measures 10 x 14 inches.  

 

Warren Weekly will adjust slicks to fit, by pruning ad or setting copy around the ad, whichever the advertiser requests, if asked to do so.

 

Warren Weekly is avidly read in the Warren, Liberty Center and Van Buren, IN areas.  Warren Weekly is strictly an online publication as of March 4, 2022.  Readers may view it online or receive an email subscription once per week.

 

Warren Weekly is a free newspaper to anyone visiting the website.  There are subscription options available as well.

 

Copy deadline is Tuesday at 10 a.m. for Wednesday publication. If you will have a problem meeting this deadline with advertising, please call for assistance.

 

Digital subscriptions are $24.00 per year and require a valid email address.  Digital subscriptions are in pdf format.  Kindle subscriptions are also available.

 

Classified advertising runs at a cost of $5.00 for 0-50 words; or $10.00 for 0-100 words.  All Classified ads must be paid in advance.

 

Tear sheets will not be provided.  You may however purchase a digital subscription (see above) to use for your tear sheet purposes or find it online at www.warrenweeklyindiana.com.

 

Warren Weekly accepts cash, local checks, cashiers checks, money orders and credit cards.  There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.  Credit cards are processed through Paypal.com for a $1.00 fee.  Use of Paypal is a free service to you.  Payments through Paypal by  credit card or e-check may be paid to editor@warrenweeklyindiana.com or you may email me if you need cost verification or request an invoice to be sent to you through Paypal.  All out-of-state advertising must be paid in advance.

 

WEBSITE ADDITIONS

 

• Email Subscriptions - $24 per year.  Email subscribers will be sent a pdf of the current issue directly to their email.  The pdf file will be sent as an attachment.  This will not be a link to the website.  A valid email address will be required.  You can subscribe by clicking the link on the website.

• Kindle Subscriptions - $24 per year.  Kindle subscribers will be sent a pdf of the current issue directly to their Kindle.  For more information, please click here for set-up and subscribe instructions.

• Online Event Registration Forms - $25.  This will include a custom registration form created on it's own page on the Warren Weekly website.  Once the form is completed, by a viewer, responses will be emailed directly to you.  Forms will be taken down on Your expiration date.  You will be given a direct link to the form to post to your Social Media page (if you would like) and the advertisement in the newspaper will also contain a link.  (This is a one time set-up fee for each form you would like published and will be available until the registration time has expired.)

• Business Page - $30 per month.  Each business that advertises in the Warren Weekly will be provided the opportunity to have a page created on the Warren Weekly website.  Information on this page is custom created with information and content provided by and created/posted by Warren Weekly.  This page can be updated on a weekly basis, if you like, with whatever content you want displayed.  Kind of like your own personal advertising flyer.  A link to this page will be included in the ad you include in the newspaper.  Costs for the business page are in addition to newspaper advertising costs.
